Seriouseats.com is a Web site and blogging community for avid foodies and people who love to cook. The Web site is a great example of a well-designed page because it's very easy to navigate and simple to use. The homepage is divided by tabs at the top, almost like a collection of recipe tabs. When the mouse hovers over a tab, the tab brightens up to show it is close to being activated. Each tab also has drop-down menus which, when hovered over, drop down automatically to show the viewer what's inside for them to explore. The grid system is apparent in all of the Web site's pages as well. Also, I like the vibrant colors used in the Web site, because it gives the pages a fun atmosphere.
I like the use of color on this Website. It makes it very attractive and easy to read.
ReplyDeleteI like how the different tabs are made to look like they would look in a recipe box. The color makes the page seem very warm and welcoming as well as making it look like fun to look around the website.
ReplyDeleteI think the huge image of rib really represents the whole website. It is really attractive and the color use of yellow and orange make the website feel warm and comfortable.
