Hulu's website is a great example of good visual hierarchy. The page is very clean and crisp to the eye at first glance and there is no 'overload of information' like some sites, which I would have assumed would have included Hulu. At the very top of the page are the two most simple links, TV or Movies. Right the from the top the site is very basic. Directly under are different pages such as Channels, Most Popular, Recently Added, etc. This toolbar is all that is needed for any visitor to the sit to get to where they intended to go. The sliding panel under the toolbar highlights some of the most popular shows of the day. The white background makes for a crisp layout for all the information. A website such as Hulu would probably figure to be overwhelming with the amount of content available, but Hulu's designers did a great job of keeping the web page simple and easy to navigate.
